Been busy setting up a new laptop over the last few days to my personal liking. Why is it though that you have endless updates to install for the operating system and virus protections. I do understand that laptops are manufactured but surely they can have the latest updates already installed to that point of time. Over 60 updates to the operating system and similar to McAfee which I will be replacing with Norton as only trust that program to protect me. Still getting my head around Windows 8.1 but getting there.
