Been doing a lot of PiYo, Yoga, and Pilates type workouts lately (because I ❤️ them). Thought Id change that up this morning though! WHY? The body adapts! Gotta change up your routine, add variety, and make your workouts more challenging. That could be the key to losing that last 5 lbs, or inches, toning up those abs, getting leaner, and all while improving strength! My team and I are working on organizing a P90x, P90x2, P90x3, and P90 Challenge Support Group for the month of November!! Woo hoo The attached video shows some of the sample moves from P90x3! CVX- one of my fav workouts because its cardio and weight training at the same time. Want to know what the difference is between all of Tony Hortons P90x programs?
