Been giving myself a break the last few weeks for lower body as I was testing out a few things for my book that needed to be done which destroyed me for a while. Basically less volume. Today was... W-up with bands Long or Extended Pause Squats - 60kg-200kg (up to a 5 second pause in the hole) Speed Squats - 180kg x6x3 reps FAST! Super Ab Circuit Band Mobility work Yesterday I hit a 187.5kg Bench press in the #slingshot and I would have had a video but a certain lady walked in front of the camera :) Today though I got the 200kg lift in below. I would love to hit 220kg on this soon! Nick
