Been having lower back pain for 3 months sometimes radiating down into my upper thigh area and behind my knees. Have seen the necessary doctors--chiropractor, MD, and physical therapist--to try to work this out and fix my issues. Had an MRI Friday, results today. I have a bulging disc and a herniated disc in my lower lumbar region. At least now I have a known culprit to my pain and my frustration will be exchanged for action to decompress my spine and prayerfully reverse both disc issues.
