Been missing my motorcycle lately. The Honda Pacific Coast: 800 cc, commuter and light touring. Designed by the car division to be a high end, trouble free Gentlemans Express. A bike you could ride to work without getting dirty-as the engine and mechanicals arent exposed- or to the grocery store to pick up a few things. Which you could carry in the trunk. Which could also hold enough stuff for a weekend getaway-encluding iced beer. (One side of the trunk had a floor drain.) The motorcycle equivalent of a station wagon. Which may not sound exciting... But it was to me. A Swiss Army knife on two wheels. They havent made them for 17 years, so theyre kinda rare. But what popped up on the radar today? Last year made, few miles. Owned by someone on Center Street. Hmmmmm
