Been outside since early this morning... and once again woke up to a red sky. Now the clouds are covering the sky. I prayed for protection over our people during this hurricane. I asked for a hedge of protection that no lives will be lost. Its hard when you lose material things however they can be replaced... but a life is irreplaceable. And lets also remember the BELCO workers that have worked tirelessly... remember most of them had to leave their families at home while they were fixing your lights. Dont grumble and complain about not having lights... instead give thanks and praises to God for sparing your life and protecting your family. I still havent had lights since the last storm... but I feel so thankful for Gods mercy. Be safe Bermuda and as the storm nears please reflect on who is really in control... and TRUST me it is NOT a political party or an individual... it is the almighty God. In the midst of praying for our island dont forget to thank him for everything he has done. These storms are humbling experiences... makes you really appreciate the simple things. God bless all of you.
