Been resisting buying a new cell phone for years. Day 1. Technology tentativeness. Day 2 found I could talk to text. Fell in love with new phone. Day 3 overwhelmed with difficulty to keep things separate and felt it needed a better battery life. Day 4. Heartbroke, Battery sucks and now phone is inoperable. Day 5, unable to call customer service from inside house due to lack of connectivity. Their advice, go online and download an app called "go F@ck yourself". Day 6, charge phone to 100 % remove all roaming features, syncing features and put on power saving measures. Day 7, wake up to dead phone. Sorry Virgin Mobile. You broke my heart. And my cell phone service . :( If anyone needs me the next few days. Lean out the window and yell real loud.
