Been strolling thru Facebook. What a sad day in racing. Ive watched the video I shared. Do not care to see any more. Then Ive read dozens of post that are pointing blame on Tony. Heres my take. The two were battling side by side and approaching a slower car the was running a little lower line then Stewart and coming out of the turn. The other driver closed to hold outside line. Ran out of mood. Racing deal. Emotions overflowed. When a driver exits his vehicle on the track he enters a very hostile and unsafe area. ( this is why u see safety crews hold drivers back from confronting another competitors car )Tony was behind a car on dirt no less. Car in front of him swerved left cuz driver was running towards the cars. Tony might have turned slightly turned right perhaps thinking he was running to infield. Just one unfortunate sequence of event lead to such a sad nite in racing. God Bless all involved! And now a hard crash in the cup race.
