Here is a new #rawcalisthenics challenge for you guys to attempt. All you need is a pull up bar and a kettle bell (25 lbs.). You may increase or decrease weight as needed. This is by far the most effective kettle bell workout I have created. It will definitely challenge your grip strength, shoulder mobility and core stability.
