Been wondering how one can know if the meat on the plate is not sick ( tumors, parasites etc). Who checks that? And now I just read that it is okay for the government that slaughterhouses just cut away tumors, open sores, affected areas from intestinal worms, arthritis etc, and sell it for the consumer to digest. Hmmm...really! They say its just aesthetic issues. For a while I have been like eh it cant be that bad, it is food But I cant be delusional while Im aware, can I. Oh and E.coli inspection is on the low low. Not a priority. # I AM VEGETARIAN unless I buy meat from local farmer. I will no longer allow these people to determine what is safe for me to eat. I will no longer support this mass consumer meat market. How about you!?
