Before I go off on this rant I want to say I have friends that are police officers. I have the utmost respect for them and and other police officers who do their jobs correctly. What happened in Ferguson, Missouri to Michael Brown is unacceptable. Regardless if he stole cigars from a convenience store or not, he did not deserve to be shot down like an armed assailant. Its a sign of the times when police are trained like the military and given military equipment, to interact with citizens and perps alike, like theyre terrorists in a foreign country. This is not the first incident nor will it be the last. One thing is for sure if it continues there will be many more riots and civil unrest. Its a scary time as we see more and more of our civil liberties trampled on and the American way of life rotting away.
