Before Thanksgiving passes for another year: I am compelled to pay homage to all my loved ones who have already gone to the other side. I love and miss each of them dearly. Two particularly stand out for they were always an integral part of our family unit. Im referring to my Great Aunt Ida Belle and my dear Uncle Cecil. Both spent every possible moment beside my mama as she raised her four children and they rarely missed spending holidays with us. I feel their presence with us every holiday as I know theyre with us in spirit. I believe Uncle Cecil continues to keep a watch over me and Uriah, for I feel his presence quite often. Having said all of that, I am grateful to have been blessed with an abundance of love and friendship while upon this beautiful Mother Earth. Some of you have been here with us throughout our lives and others for shorter duration. Many are still with us on this physical plane while others have moved on. I have such very fond memories of each and every one of you and I ask that you accept my love and heartfelt gratitude for the impact youve had in my life. I want you to know how much you mean to me.
