Before every season of my 25 years of football (soccer) practice, I was diagnosed by the sports doctor a scoliosis, that I was supposed to take care of by doing back exercises alongside the regular football training regimen. Well, it never really improved until I started to do natural movement, and so including squatting, crawling, balancing and of course more & more hanging. We rightfully talk about a lot of shoulder benefits but I wonder if you guys also felt your spine getting better, stronger and de facto more aligned ? I feel great and so I wanted to get this snapshot to have another confirmation of my inner body feelings. My wife always told me that my left shoulder was lower than the right one (as you can see), but nowadays she starts to also notice the improvement, which makes me feel even greater :-) Thanks a lot; Jerome
