On the ones that have the circles in them ...that is colored clear gel on top of the acrylic and the circles are placed in there one by one , so is the long tinsel strips, then top coated in a clear gel . The gold is a mylar given to me by Perla (crazynaillover) I just dip my acrylic bead into the mylar and applied it to the nail .
