Begin an accomplishments journal - Each evening, write down what youve accomplished that day to move you towards your fitness and life goals. Do not fall into the negativity trap and write about the things that you were not able to do, but rather, write down only those things that move you forward. What matters most is what you ARE doing. Theres nothing wrong with being your own cheerleader. Who already or is going to start keeping an accomplishments journal?
