{Beginner Burner} You asked, I listened! :) more beginner workouts! This one is semi-low impact but is going to set your core on fire at the end of each set! You can do it! - light jog - double hop straight jacks - standing oblique knee ups - low cross squats (stay LOW! You should feel this on the outside of your glutes) - squat to tip toes - tricep pushups on knees (make sure weight is over your shoulders, core is engaged and you are keeping your arms close to your body) - hi-low planks (do not rock your hips!! Think of your back as a table top) - slow floor sprint Do each move for 1 min Repeat round 3x Rest 30 sec in between rounds
