Beginning of week 3 and although I had some booze at the weekend Im right back on it today and Ive still managed to lose 5.5lbs so far!! All Ive done is eat and exercised sensibly - the 4 week challenge is a great way to kick start a more healthy lifestyle!! Ive got more energy and feeling great.
