Being a parent is synonomous with being a leader! All of the qualities that one may need as a leader, we need as a parent. Creating plans, time management, managing different personalities, delegating authority, being decisive, sacrificing your own self for the good of the whole, plus many more qualities are neccesary for parents/leaders! The greatest quality that a leader posseses is his/her ability to make sure everyone is on the same page, UNITY OF PURPOSE. A superior parent runs a household in the same fashion, everyone in the family must be on the same accord or chaos will reign! A parents greatest responsibility, though, is the ability to express love to those whom he/ she is responsible for.
