Being able to give 100% at work is what enables employees to produce results that go beyond the superficial look, I have submitted that report to creating value that really helps people who are out there getting their hands dirty producing all the goods we need. Garnering 100% focus at work is becoming such a challenge now that employees like to play key-board warriors seated on plushy cushions sipping caffeine and pushing opinions formed through self-worship where everything that works to the persons benefit is and has to be the unquestionable truth in all worlds. Immaturity aside, its time to limit access to unrelated matters, online or otherwise during work hours. If anyone wants to change the world, it has to start from delivering the best at work (for the wages taken home) not in commenting endlessly about the rights and wrongs of others. I am suggesting more organisations to start identifying sentiment-mongers who disrupt focus and attention in workplaces and get them rehabilitated or removed.
