Being able to keep a streak is one thing; but being able to put - TopicsExpress

Being able to keep a streak is one thing; but being able to put all of those in humility is something. As I close my Model United Nations career and will start a new path, I can say I have grown from a different level. As part of the delegation for the National Model United Nations-New York (NMUN) 2014, I am proud to announce that we have garnered 8 position paper awards and 1 honorable delegation. Our journey was never been easy but it was always memorable and very heartwarming. I would like to thank the following: our adviser, Mr. George Binay for being very supportive and very caring. Our Head Delegates, Jannica Anne and Jan Emil Langomez for being really patient, strong and most of all, very accomodating and considerate. To my NMUN-NY 2014 delegation: we are not just a delegation, we are a family (Langomez, 2014). We have come a long way to not be a family. And I love you guys. To my awesome partner, Shenna Sunico, without our constant fights and arguments during position paper making and to highlight, being a strong person, our hardwork paid off and without you, we will not get one of the best position paper award for GA4. To our mentors, Franz Louis Alfonso, Rj Parcon, Jae Fontanilla, Miguel Angelo De Castro and Katrina Marie Domingo. We thank you for your support and all the help and efforts you all gave. We really cant have all the required skills and knowledge without you guys helping us out all the way from start until the end. As I end my MUN career, I thank everyone for you guys took part of my MUN journey. Having 3 position papers streak since last year was an awesome memory and just another to put in my credentials. But I wpuld like to emphasize one thing: Its not about the awards or recognition. Its all about the substance, essence and your passion in what you do. As one of the graduating class for 2014, I dedicate my final award for my school De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and to my country, the Republic of The Philippines. ANIMO BENILDE!
