Being an advocate for United For Care, has been interesting so far. Im definitely enjoying my time! Ive gotten a lot of positive feedback from people in the Ocoee community. As well as some negative feedback. But, I am accepting to both. I like to hear what people have to say about Medical Marijuana and Amendment 2, whether its negative/positive. I see a lot of people I know, and I appreciate those of you that Honk, wave, or throw up the peace sign at me. Its fuel for me to feed off of. A lot of supporters out there! So far, Ive met some really cool people walking by, or people going to vote. Ive met people who are in need of this medicine and that are so thankful for us to be advocating for them. That is my reason for doing this... For People who are in need. Ive met some Politicians who are very kind and support the cause. Ive also met some people who are against Medical Marijuana, for many different reasons. Ive been cursed at, people have stuck there middle fingers up at me, given me a thumbs down. Yesterday, Someones car broke down right on the corner where I was standing.. So I offered help. At first he was hesitant, and I later found out that he was not a supporter of Medical Marijuana. But, we Jumpstarted his car for him. He seemed surprised that a female knew what was wrong with his car, and shocked to find out that we werent a bunch of Stupid Stoners ;) hahaha. I am loving every experience Ive had so far and I will be back out there again TODAY, and for the next week. If any of you notice us, dont hesitate to say Hello. We have Stickers, Buttons and Fans that we pass out to supporters... For anyone that is interested :) #yeson2 #unitedforcare
