Being an intuitive I can tell what kind of day it is going to be as soon as I walk into my workplace. One of my co-workers will judge their day by what happens first thing in the morning. So at times this can be unpleasant for me to witness her actions when things dont go right. But I have been feeling and seeing a change in her these past few weeks. Each morning I ask to be a conduit of love, peace, kindness and grace. I have learned to not react to her and feed the energy that she is sending out. I silently send her loving blessings. It is working as my co-worker has been changing how she reacts to situations and going with the flow. When things dont go right we tend to base our day around it. It only takes a positive thought and a change in our perception to align us with ease and grace.
