I prepared tonights chest workout with a lot of excitement for every excercise I was writing down I felt like I was wrapping up some Christmas gifts that I was going to open in a couple hours. Going to hit the gym in 20 minutes :) here is the workout : Chest workout 10/11/13 1/ Incline dumbbell press 4x 15-20 Shoulder packing; down to arms parallel to the floor; 3 to 5 tempo up down 2/ close grip flat bench press 4x8-12 Hands above elbows; elbows stay along the body; 3/ decline bench press 4x8-12 reps 4/ flat bench press drop set negatives Start at 205 ; 4-5 secs neg 5/ incline DB flyes with a twist 4x8-12 6/ flat bench cable flyes 4x8-12 7/ 3 sets of push up to failure 1 minute rest + 50 extra decline push ups
