Being poor is a choice or they are victims of circumstances in their lives ? It is a daily , if not hourly, decision. If you decide to drop out of school, fail to study, not to work or look dignified jobs, a life of poverty is often the consequence . The children of parents who choose a life of poverty quite often are the victims of the wrong decisions of parents.
