Bell ringers in front of the store door observation: so Im walking into Kroger on new cut and see this stream of smoke coming from the top of the entrance. They are renovating so its more closed off than before. I see a Salvation Army lady ringing an itty bitty bell just puffing away. Well. First I hate walking through smoke when people feel like they have to have a cig but want to avoid the elements so they stand as close to the door as possible to stay warm. But this was even worse. She is working. What other job does your smoke break and work time coincide? Can they put no smoking in the job description? Hope I dont offend any smoker FB friends. :)
