Below are the terms & conditions on which CCD Works. Besides this I have mentioned at bottom the current manpower requirement in different locations with Salary structure. 1. We would be taking the services for following profiles: a. Team Members b. Executives(Hosts & Guest Relation Executives) 2. For Team Members(Service to clients at Cafes), a. Payouts would be Rs 1000 per candidate. Candidate should stay for atleast 3 months in the system. b. Payment would be processed once 3 months of tenure of the candidate is completed in the company. 3. For Executives(Hosts & GREs)(Service to clients at Lounges), a. Payouts would be 8.33% of CTC per candidate. Candidate should stay for atleast 3 months in the system. b. Payment would be processed once 3 months of tenure of the candidate is completed in the company. 4. Eligibility Criteria a. The candidate Should not be below the age of 18 Years & should not exceed the age of 25 years. This condition is applicable for both the positions. b. Minimum 10th Pass candidate will be entertain by us for Team Member position.
