Below letter replied to Ry Keas emailing to all chapters of Northern California (check attached photos): =============================== Dear Fellow CNRP Supporters, I want to let everyone know that I have been working with CNRP-NA and I support the organizations work and mission - to support CNRP through financial and political resources. Here are the reasons: 1. CNRP-NA was certified by acting CNRP President Kem Sokha on June 14, 2013 (see certification attached). I have not seen other communication by LP or LAP saying that CNRP-NAs work is done and that the organization should be dissolved. 2. CNRP-NA was established from former SRP-NA and HRP in US and Canada well before the July 28, 2013 national election, and its network chapters responded with tireless efforts and hundreds of thousands of dollars before the national election and the year-long struggles afterward. 3. CNRP-NA provided tremendous resources to support CNRP, such as: -Helped fund current CNRP headquarter in 2010 -Helped produce live video streaming during LP return in 2013 & election campaign -Held numerous demonstrations at UN head-quarter on behalf of CNRP -Work against the dictator regime in Cambodia since late 1990’s -Drive numerous petition and acknowledgment letters to US/Canada officials, federal and state levels 4. CNRP-NA only supports CNRP, period. The convention on October 4, 2014 is to bring together fellow supporters and to share experiences. It is open to all CNRP supporters. Please go and get to know who CNRP-NA really is. 5. CNRP directive for oversea chapters issued on June 2, 2014 has not established regional or national leadership levels thus far. There are no timelines and no political leaderships. As such, CNRP-NA shall continue to function (see directive, section 1.1.4) Finally, when Lauk Pol Ham visited San Jose on September 11, 2014, he admonished us to stop denouncing each and to work together. To do otherwise is to directly challenging him. Peace to everyone. Phillip Lim, San Jose
