Belper. 9.7 miles from where I now live. A few facts about this supposedly idyllic community. 1) It has the second highest School bully complaints in Derbyshire. 2) It has the highest reported drug misuse (Per head) in the Midlands. 3) It is in the top 3 'Chav towns' in the country. 4) The Parks Estate residents (arrested and charged) are responsible for over 80% of the crimes committed in and around Belper town and surrounding areas. 5) It has the 6th highest Child Crime rate (under 18) in the country. Hmmmmm lovely!! :) :) :) :) lol
