Bernard Pras is a French painter, photographer and sculptor. He has spent more than 20 years perfecting his craft. One mans pile of trash is an artists amazing work. French artist Bernard Pras spent a good chunk of his childhood in a toy store and likes to use recycled material to reimagine classics such as The Wave and Starry.
