Bernard is home! Finally after all these months, he has been allowed to return to the UK and his family and friends. Heartfelt thanks to every single person who helped , advised and supported the campaign for his repatriation. Thank you especially to Tom Katsumi , Stephen fry ,Jerome Starkey and peter tatchell who helped throughout to keep the campaign going and to raise its profile. I will leave this page live for a week and then close it. I now hope to go and buy my friend a pint . Thanks again.
