Tostada de pollo Shredded chicken served in a crispy tortilla bowl with lettuce and tomato. Choice of Entrée Victorino de Pollo Grilled chicken breast topped with Victorino chorizo, caramelized onions, and melted jack-cheddar cheese, in a red chili sauce, accompanied with dirty mash potato. Puerco al Vino Sautéed pork tenderloin in a white wine sauce made of tomato, caramelized onions, and basil, accompanied by saffron rice. Bassa de Ajillo Seared bassa sautéed in sherry wine with garlic, and paprika, accompanied by saffron rice.
