K2 is extremely technical meaning you climb steep rock pitches with packs, huge 8000m boots, down suits, mittens and use jumars to ascend ropes, It is very physical and requires technical skills, especially the crampons on rock. I went into Rocky Mountain National Park today with my climbing partner Jim Davidson to work on those skills. It was a picture perfect day. I did one rappel down a 150 wall, then jumared back up at which point Jim said OK, do it again but this time bring my pack back up Now thats a climbing partner! Climb On! #K2CureAlz
