On this day March 16,1994 I gave birth to a little girl named Nakiya Cherelle Wheeler. I was stationed in Seoul, Korea.(Yongsan). She died later that night in my arms holding my pinky finger. She fought til her last breath. I loved that lil girl with everything in me and still do. God has other plans for my angel and I do not question it anymore. It angers me when I see people mistreat or kill children especially their own. I just cant comprehend it because every instinct in my body tells me to love and protect my children. My heart aches a little today on her 20th birthday as I think of all she could have been. Yet thankful for the time I got to hold and watch over her and feel her and she got to feel me, touch me and look at me. For that I am forever grateful. Plus i know my angel watches over me still. I shared my story to say this, love and cherish your children because they are truly blessings. God blessed me with two more wonderful kids that I love very much Zyesha Yamari Allen and Thurston YaVari Allen. Plus a wonderful husband whom I cherish Thurston Antonio Allen. I wont do what I have done in the past and dwell on the coulda,woulda shoulda. Im gonna celebrate the time I had with her and the family I have now. Happy 20th Birthday my angel,Nakiya Cherelle Wheeler. Mama loves you!
