Best leg day session. You know its a goodie when u hi five your training buddy once in the gym and again outside haha Went for an hours power walk with leg weights on then hit the gym. Session went as follows: Squats - smith machine, barbell front squats, seated squats with barbell Deadlifts - smith machine, dumbells Then last 4 sets of the below exercise 100kg , 120kg then max weight 140kg (twice my body weight hehe) Next week will try for 150kg ;)
