If u r talking about glycated Hb or glycosylated Hb, remember in BCH 306 dt glucose binds to Hb at N-terminal valine of d beta chain Hb to give Hemoglobin A1c. If u r talking about chromatography, refer to BCH 307, function of ur buffer, boronate affinity resin wash solution, stationary phase (for ion exchange chromatography).
