Beth Phemister Gilliam asked I guess Im just looking for reassurance more than anything, but heres my question: I have a one year old female Dane and a 7 mo. old female Dane who is deaf and blind in one eye. The youngest knows her sign language but has hit a stage where she is beginning to jump on me again. I do her corrections and she gets down but my older Dane tends to (my feeling) over correct her. The oldest is very protective of me but also very motherly to my younger Dane. The last over correction resulted in a puncture wound on the nose and much drama. I do appreciate that my oldest is teaching her the ropes and scolding but dont want injuries due to discipline. Neither are fixed yet. Oldest is scheduled in two months and she is not in heat. So I ruled out PMS. Lol any ideas greatly appreciated! Thank you!
