Salary: Grade B, £15,189 - £16,998 Working as part of our Lettings Team to help maximise choice for applicants and tenants applying for housing, you will assist in the provision of a proactive, performance driven lettings service for the Company, including the assessment of applications for Council housing and the allocation of Council property. You must have 12 months’ administrative experience gained in a busy office environment and be numerate with the ability to perform mathematical tasks. The ability to identify problems and possible improvements and to work effectively as part of a team is essential. Written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate confidently and handle confidential and sensitive information is also required. The successful candidate will have knowledge of current best practice in relation to Housing allocation policy frameworks and the ability to work flexibly, from home and undertake mobile working.
