A version of my mothers beef olives. Sizzle steaks marinated in BBQ rib sauce ,curry powder and meat seasoning. Filling is cheese and chives cream cheese, ricotta, parsley, garlic chives, onion, bacon(cooked), mushroom, shallots (spring onion green ones), minced garlic. Wrapped and tied with cooking twine at ends. Brown off in sear & slow cooker 7 mins on 160 deg or until brown. Add sliced onions, bacon, mushrooms and some gravy (I used pepper gravy) cook 2-3 hours high(slow cook setting). Thicken with extra gravy powder if needed using sear / browning function. You can fill with whatever you like, just adjust to taste. I also like sundried tomatoes, capsicum, jalepeno, salami etc
