Heres why: Under Facebooks Terms of Service, it says You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Facebook (IP License). That means Facebook can use, distribute, or share your material based on your privacy settings. They do not need approval, because, by signing up for Facebook and agreeing to the Terms, you already gave them that approval. Until you delete intellectual property or delete your account, you are still under this Facebook contract. Goodnight
