The Northeast State presently comprises Borno, Yobe, Adamawa and some other States. Muhammadu Buhari was the Governor of the Northeast State. The Northeast State became the Bedrock of Religious Terrorism in Nigeria. Between 1967 to 1976, Abubakar Shekau was born. Abubakar Shekau is from the North-East Region of Nigeria (formerly called Northeast State) and is the current Leader of Boko Haram. At the time Shekau was still a Child and still malleable, who ushered in the series of Military Regimes and the attendant abuse of Human Rights and abandonment of Human Capital Development in Nigeria and in the North East in particular? In the final Analysis, Who is responsible for the creation of Abubakar Shekau and the Boko Haram Terrorist Group we all suffer as a Nation? Was Boko Haram created with the intention of [one day] using it as a Ticket for grabbing political Power??? Hmmmmn...
