Between state and local governments, Target Corp. could get $14.4 million in incentives for a new online fulfillment center in Southeast Memphis. Minneapolis-based Target (NYSE: TGT), which is planning to spend $52.3 million and create 462 jobs at 5461 Davidson Road in mid-2015, is looking for approval for $12.2 million in payment-in-lieu-of-tax incentives from Memphis and Shelby County, as I reported Monday.
