Beware Bendigo Bank... For the last 12 months they have been debiting $70 a month from my account for so called business card fees when the account is a savings account.. They sent me the wrong colour atm card apparently and left it linked to an OLD Business account I had.. wich 12 months ago I CANCELLED.. SO NOT ONLY HAS THERE MISTAKE cost me $70 a month , because they have only 2 atm,s on the coast I also get slogged $2:50 each time I use a non Bendigo ATM... SO REALISTACLY IVE BEEN CHARGED approximately $140 a month for THERE MISTAKE.. I smell a rat.. I only picked this up after downloading the Bendigo Bank app and investigating my self to where this money has gone... For someone in my situation on benefits and unwell $170 a month is more than 1/4 of my payments... They say there is a formal complaint against the branch put in and an investigation on my behalf so lets see how honest they are.. Or is this another big bank preying on the vulnerable??? All I know is they just today took my last $70 till Wednesday and they say because its Friday nothing will happen till next week... I wonder What the Bank manager will eat till then?? Cause its toast and cordial for me... Come on Bendigo Bank do the right thing Anyone out there have MEDIA CONTACTS Id like to get this warning out. Imagine how much money they make from this SO CALLED MISTAKE????
