Chicken pox and MMR (which is coming back now) are two vaccines she is medically unable to have, and if she is even exposed to chicken pox she has to be treated immediately to prevent infection (most likely even inpatient). We didnt choose to have an immunosupressed child, the same way that others should not be able to choose to put our child (and other people who have vulnerable immune systems) at risk for something that can be prevented.
