Beware of the Mammonites “No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one and despise the other. Ye can not serve God and mammon.” Matthew 6:24 Mammon is his name He is the god of greed And if you wish to prosper Then you must sow a seed (Matthew 6:1-24) His ministers preach prosperity Promising returns of a hundredfold Yet you must give to prove your faith Gods love they now have sold (Isaiah 55:1-3 / Proverbs 23:23) Give and it shall be given; They have taken to the farthest extreme Health and wealth is their promise To those they exploit in the lust of their greed (Luke 6:30-38) Speaking in counterfeit tongues Their displays are not a joke Such are charismatic con-artist Who leave their followers disillusioned and broke (2nd Peter 2:1-3) Preying upon elderly widows The poor they really must hate Teaching formulas of sowing and reaping Which are un-Biblical perversions of faith (Matthew 23:13-33) They call it the Charismatic Movement Gods Word calls it a Falling Away Yet whatever the case one thing is sure These Mammonites demand to be paid (Mark 11:15-17) Exploiting the sorely disheartened In the time of their critical need Put under guilt as being faithless And told God will only have mercy if they sow a seed (Acts 8:20-23) How many souls have been made bitter? Never to trust God again? Their faith was raped and discarded Being overthrown by the lies of these men! (Matthew 18:1-14 / Mark 9:41-50) Thus take heed to that which I say God is Love and you dont have to pay His promises are yea; He is faithful and true So why dont you trust Him enough to just pray? (1st John 4:1-21 / 2nd Corinthians 1:18-24) Coming boldly to His Throne of Grace To find mercy in the time of your need Just plead the blood He shed for our care We need not pay for His compassion is free (Hebrews 4:12-16) Ask and ye shall receive Seek and ye shall then find Knock and it shall be opened to you And He will give you His own peace of mind (Matthew 7:7-12 / Philippians 4:6-7) Seek first His Kingdom of Righteousness And all these things shall be added to you True faith to live daily trusting your God Knowing that He shall be faithful to see you through (Matthew 6:25-34) Not by riches or dollars Nor by material desires or worldly lust But by His Righteousness, Patience and Meekness The true gifts of Faith, Hope and Love (1st Timothy 6:3-12) To be a true Overcomer To stand and endure till the end By a Faith that is Spiritual and not Carnal To see through the greed of these men (Ephesians 4:17-20) Jesus said that we can’t serve two Masters For the one we shall love and the other we shall hate Its Gods Word or the lies of these men Thus make your choice for the hour grows late (Jude 1:1-25) Far too late to name it and claim it With all those false preachers and teachers on T.B.N. For behind all their heresies theres a Demon called Mammon Converting new Mammonites to take part in their sins.
