Beyond livid. After my dentist sold his practice a few years back i continued to support the business with the new dentist who bought out his practice. (Been a patient here for 20+ years) Well last week I was asked to wait over 40 minutes for my appointment which I could not do if I was going to make it to work at my second job on time. In turn, I wrote a letter asking to be credited my account for a portion of the service ($50) since this was now going to be two days I had to leave work early and drive/pay for parking downtown to make my appointments. Well not only did the dentist tell me he would not accommodate my request but he was, formally dismissing me as a patient and additionally had cancelled my appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow. What a complete jerk with a total disregard for the care of his patients time and health. Funny how you can be charged $50 for missing an appointment but asking to have the same returned to you gets you left looking for a new dentist last minute. What a joke. He has now lost my entire families business and I hope this deters anyone else from going to this dentistry in the future!
