#BhPicOfTheWeek The BLOODHOUND Build Team have been flat out completing the assembly of the cars upper chassis. The specially shaped titanium skin had been trail fitted over the aluminum ribs whilst the 12,000 holes were carefully drilled and filled with the blue or red skin pins (depending on their diameter) to hold everything in place before the riveting. Sitting between the ribs and the titanium is a layer of very strong glue. The technicians have just 30 days from removing the glue from the freezer to curing it in giant autoclave (think pressure cooker) before it looses its adhesive properties.
