Bhooma Nagireddy is strong leader in Kurnool district. He has his own cadre and personal influence on some segments. Currently, Bhooma couple is struggling for their existence in YSRCP. Relations with YSRCP and Jagan and personal relationship with Ravindra Reddy family are in edge to brake. As per political buzz, Bhooma Couple looking towards their mother party TDP. What happened to Bhooma couple? Bhooma Couple backed Jagan soon after sad demise of YSR. As per political sources, YV Subba Reddy is not willing to offer two tickets to Bhooma couple. He decided to give one ticket per family. They do not get any assurance from Jagan also on this. This starts rift between the couple and party. Adding to that YV Subba Reddy and Ravindranath Reddy involvement in Nandyala segment and encouraging National Engineering College Chairman against Bhooma Couple is also one more reason for their dissidence on YSRCP. YV and Ravindranath Reddy create opinion among the cadre that YSRCP exist in Kurnool district even without Bhooma’s absence. All these developments compel them to look into another alternative. TDP gave very much importance to Bhooma Couple. Nagi Reddy elected as MP from Nandyala from TDP thrice and Shoba elected twice as MLA from Allagadda. She served as first woman chairperson of APSRTC in CBN era. S.V. Subba Reddy who is father of Shohanagi Reddy is very close associate to TDP founder NTR. Bhooma Nagi Reddy has also personal relations with Hero Balakrishna. Reportedly, he met the Balakrishna and expressed his intention and political plans. TDP performance in PR elections is also another reason for Nagi Reddy change of mind.
