Bhubaneswar : 02/08/2014 : Yesterday I went to BMC office, Bhubaneswar to submit R.T.I application for certain queries at about 3pm but found that there is no system to acknowledge the R.T.I application as per the guidelines of R.T.I ACT & had to put pressure to receive my R.T.I application & to get the acknowledgement. Finally received the receipt without no & official seal. Shall I put up this matter at Information Commissioner Court for a direction on proper implementation of R.T.I.ACT at BMC, Bhubaneswar ??? What to do now any suggestion Please ???
