Bicep isolation trick. A lot of guys when doing biceps curls use there deltoids to swing the weight up, or there lower back. My range of motion is to keep my elbows back and just use my biceps to Lift the weight up in its natural range of motion, which for me is to my lower chest. The trick with this cable variation is to step over the cable and lean away from the stack slightly. Let your arms hang straight and use those biceps to raise the weight, hold and squeeze. Because your leaning away from the stack slightly you cant swing the weight up with your lower back. Also look how my shoulders and upper arms stay locked in that position and theres no swing! All bicep!
