Bicycle Girl (BeeGee for short!) is a lovely little sausage of a dog, incredibly friendly and so full of fun that she brings a smile to the face of everyone lucky enough to meet her. A volunteer had this to say: She walks nicely in a harness leash and just watching her toddling along in her spotted Spaniel socks is enough to make passers-by awww in admiration - the Bicycle Girl fan club is growing by the day! BeeGee has all the hallmarks of a well-loved and well-trained pet; she keeps a spotless den, takes care of her business immediately once outside and sits very politely for treats. And dont let her girly-girl pink scarf fool you, this solid little pooch is actually quite the athlete, jumping and running after a tennis ball before leaping onto the chairs to chow down on her prize. Like the team player she is, BeeGee lets me take the ball easily from her mouth so our game can continue and her happy smile stretches from pointy-ear-to-floppy-ear as she sits down to await my next throw. Though she couldnt be friendlier with her human pals, it seems BeeGee is a bit more selective in choosing where she wants to meet fellow canines. Shes very focused when other dogs are around and a warning growl may be issued if they approach while she is in her kennel or a pen, yet when strolling on leash in the yard she seesw another pup with no issue, her tail wagging happily as they followed each other back and forth through the fence. Ive fallen in love with BeeGee and I know you will too, just ask staff to lead you to the cutest, kissiest, sweetest redhead at our Manhattan ACC and youll soon be sitting pretty with the Bicycle Girl of your dreams!
